once spammers have your email it's game over. The only real option to stop spam is a new email.How do I stop all the spam e mail without changing my e mail address?just add them to bulk mail and keep going you should know who you want to get mail from and dont open or read any that you get if you dont know who its from and sure once you here a long time you will get alot of them i get over 200 a day sometimes most are junk i just scan and deletle
