Changing your e-mail address question?

Okay today, (nov 10th) my parents switched from optimum to verizon,%26amp; i got a new e-mail address. The prob is that I was registered in many sites that required my e-mail etc. For example when I went to myspace to update my e-mail,I couldn't get the confirmation code(myspace siad that I could resend the confirmation code)but when I clicked on it multiple times,no myspace message showed up in my inbox. Then I sent a note to myspace telling 'em that i changed my e-mail address etc. then when i sent the note, it said like u know, thx for contacting us etc, but it said that the relpy would go to my old e-mail address. My parents deleted the old one.So i guess my best bet is to delete my myspace pg and create a new account? since i'll never get the reply. Also im a member on colbertnation %26amp; tried to update that too but it said something about the password not being vaild with the new address.can i just leave it that way-with my old address,b/c it seems 2 b workin with the old 1.plz help.Changing your e-mail address question? How to change your password, secret question and answer == http://help.yahoo.com/l/us/yahoo/abuse/a http://help.yahoo.com/l/us/yahoo/mail/or = https://edit.yahoo.com/config/change_pw?

It is not a good idea to use easily guessed passwords.. You should use the Yahoo search function and do a search for a free random password generator, and use a 20 character password *(including/with special characters) and change it once a month, Be sure to keep the generated passwords backed up on removeable media, in case you lose them off the harddrive due to a crash. Also it wouldn't hurt to password protect the password folder, or even better yet, to keep it on removeable media, like a small usb/thumb drive..
