I've already tried changing my e-mail address?

I sent one from a yahoo domain, one from a hotmail domain. Nothing is working. I even went to the local library and sent a hotmail one. I need help.

yahoo is having problems with emails not being recieved or sent

try below first

You Or Them May Have Done This By Accident



this is for yahoo mail

but all mail accounts are close to the same way



For The All New Yahoo Mail



click spam folder listed on the left

put check beside the email

then click not spam

or

on top right side of mail page

click options

then mail options

then spam

then click the email address

then click remove



For Classic Email



open mail page

on right side click options

then click Block Addresses

move your mouse over the ones you dont want blocked

click remove block

NOTE

they are shown alphabetically

click remove block



( Then Both Of You Add Email Addresses To Address Book )
