How can I find out who has been changing my e-mail pass word?

I have had to change my pass word as many as 5 times in a 2 hr span. I change it then whoever changes it again! the've even tried to delete all my e mail but i recovered it . how can i find out who is doing this I will prosicute them.How can I find out who has been changing my e-mail pass word?hey if u really wanna know who is changing than the procedure is illegal so i cant explain because it is dangerous
