My e-mail page changed and I can't foward e-mail from my contacts?

My e-mail page changed and I don't know why. I have tried to reset or undo what ever happend to change e-mail. When I try to foward mail I can't get to my contectsMy e-mail page changed and I can't foward e-mail from my contacts?i found the same thing..... i have had to refresh the page or go copy it into a 'new' mail page.... but it is a hassle.
