Since changing my e-mail to comcast?

I have not received any of my incoming messages in my local folders. I use Thunderbird and I get all of my mail but my local folders mail.Since changing my e-mail to comcast?The local folders were from rules that were setup using your old account. Modify the rules to also include your new account.
